We’re excited to let you know that we have reopened stores—and we can’t wait to welcome you back. Plus, we’re now offering store pickup in select stores and virtual shopping appointments with our “Coach to Go” service.


What’s in Store

Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we do differently now:

  1. All customers and employees are recommended to wear a mask inside our stores based on local government guidelines
  2. All customers and employees must practice social distancing—please keep at least 6 feet away from others while you shop.
  3. We’ll be monitoring the health of our store employees—for their safety and yours.
  4. We’ll accept all forms of contactless payment* at checkout
  5. We’ll be offering one-on-one shopping appointments with store associates during non-operating hours (in case you need a little styling advice).

How Does “Coach to Go” Work?

  1. Shop your way: Call your local Coach store to place your order or browse our online offer from the comfort of your home. For both options, you can chose between a home delivery or to pick up your order in store.

How Does the Checkout Process Work?

  1. For purchases over the phone, our sales associate will send you a secure & unique link for you to pay.

Do You Still Offer Customization Services?

  1. Yes, we still offer monogramming and customization services. Be sure to ask a store associate how to personalize your Coach product(s).

I’m Ordering a Gift. Can You Wrap It?

  1. Yes, just let us know that it’s a gift—we’ll wrap it up with a box and ribbon so it’s ready to give.

How Do I Receive My Order?

  1. You can chose between home delivery or pick-up when placing your order on the phone or online. If you wish to pick-up your order in store, the sales associate will call or text you when your item is ready for pickup. The sales associate will check your ID and original form of payment before they hand over your package. Note: if you don’t pick up your order within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.
